I have the two wear spots at the right rear of the top near the rear window. Pointed it out to dealer about 2 years ago (2001 Viggen Convert.) and even gave them a TSB on it. They said the TSB didn't cover my VIN number or model year. Wear spots on top are slowly getting worse and I recently mentioned to them that I'd want to get the top replaced under warranty before it expired. (I have 25k on the car and the warranty is good until September 24th 2005).
I mentioned to my dealer's quality contol guy that I'd want to get the regional rep in there to look at it and he said he'd like to stop the wear from progressing so we'd not have to replace it.
Any thoughts on how to approach this would be much appreciated! Please feel free to email me at dcjayhawk92@yahoo.com
