The Viggen is difficult to shift down from 5th. I have to pull harder to disengage fifth gear than any other gear, and it feels like something is binding up.
The car has turned 90,000 miles old today. It has been this way since I bought it about 6 months/14,000 miles ago. It's a model year 2000.
The mechanic has looked at the linkage and doesn't see a problem there.
Anyone experiencing similar symptoms? Will the MTF0063 change help?
Thanks,
Dave
