When you go to the dealer, ask them if they are familiar with this solution to the heater box problem, if not tell them you did some digging and show them the bulletin. They ought to be ok with that. If not make some calls to other shops, tell them the problem and try to find someone who has experience with this. Any Saab mechanic worth his weight already knows of this, it's a common problem. Good luck, hope it works out for you.
