Some items will not be needed for a 2000 9-3; like:
* Viggen type intercooler is standard on all 2000-2002 9-3.
* 3" airbox mod is not needed. The 2000-2002 9-3 has a redesigned intake system from the airbox to the throttle body that is very good.
* The throttle body transition casting is changed on the 2000-2002 9-3 and does not need modified.

Some items are inexpensive, and in combination, really change the character of the vehicle. For example:
* K&N or ITG performance air filter
* 22mm Rear sway bar
* Steering rack clamp and brace
* Sport exhaust

Once those things are done, then you can decide on the other items that are more expensive, like:
* Koni's Sport Shocks
* Lowering Springs
* 3" downpipe (maybe with a sport catalytic convertor)
* Reprogrammed ECU
* Upgraded intake delivery pipes
* Upgraded intercooler
