Techron Concentrate is a good first step. See what the plugs have to say about things. Low volitility summer grade RFG-II fuels really seem to make things worse for the injectors. Suggest Techron C every 8K or 3X/year. If you use it, you will see good results in a day or two if the problem is (only) injector fouling.
Fuel filters are good for 100K or more, but if other things bring no joy, you can move the replacement up to now instead of later. Note that we often see posts of hard starting after the filter is replaced. FPR gets contaminated, perhaps from the rubber on the 4 filter sealing rings (which should not be reused). So cleanliness would seem to be very imporant on the disharge side of things. When the FPR goes bad in this fashion, hard starting is the result. FPR is easy to DIY.
