I have been looking for the same thing and only have three leads at the moment.
1) AutoZone carries a generic check valve for around $4 that looks small enough to fit the SAAB hoses.
2) AZ also has a PCV valve that has very small hose connections but they are slightly larger than the SAAB hoses. This would take some adapters to get it to work that might be more trouble than they're worth.
3) A previous post on this board suggested that a cruise control valve from a VW might be substituted for this purpose. No part numbers were given so I didn't investigate any further.
My major concern about using check valves not designed for crankcase gasses is their longevity. I'm at the point where I could use a replacement valve so I'm going to jump in and give the Autozone valve a try. I'll let the group know what happens, but it might take a while to draw any conclusions.
