2000 Viggen here, and since the 60k mile service a couple weeks ago, there's this strange power loss. It only happens when the engine's still cold (during the first min). I usually start the car and drive right away but still very gently until the temp goes up fully. During the first gear it's fine, but right in the beginning of the second gear the engine briefly loses power and comes back. And the symtom completely goes away when the car is warm. What can this be?
At 60k mile service, the plugs were replaced with the same platinum ones, but this time they were regapped to ".035. The previous platinum plugs which I used over 40k miles looked surprising clean with original gap according to the very experience Saab tech. Can the smaller gap cause this, since the sparks are cooler?
