Battery.
You say the voltage drops to about 8v when you turn the key to acc. That doesn't have to mean something is drawing a lot of current. That simply means your battery is not able to supply even the small current that's being drawn at that 'acc' position.
Do you make a habit of checking the battery with a hydrometer? Early warning of battery failure is usually when the specific gravity of the cells gets uneven from each other. Or when water level gets uneven so you have to add water unequally across the 6 cells.
