Driveshaft hitting swaybar

at 138k: All New Bilsteins, new strut mounts, bearings, LH sway bar link only 15k old.
The RH side seems fine. However, the LH (driver's) side driveshaft is grooved as its been hitting the sway bar. When parked, there's probably 2 inch clearance to sway bar. Can't tell when its hitting. I've been hearing a "clink" knock sound randomly when turning right, or driving through a quick dip (not bump) in the road, but not always.
Its as if the LH side is without the sway-bar link. Its tighented down to the control arm the same depth as the RH side (with about 1/4" thread showing at the bottom.
I've observed this for the past 5k, and the groove is getting worse, probably a 1/16" deep now.
Ideas, theories, or even the solution welcomed.
Thanks,
-Gripen
BTW, when I did the Bilsteinslast Fall, I replaced the strut mounts with Scantech. The LH side had to be replaced twice, with the later an OEM and has been fine. The RH side was just replaced today after hitting the corner of curb while turning into the parking lot. The tire was junk, but amazingly the rim was fine. The mount was in pieces. Taking the assmebly apart left only one thread connected. These Scantech mounts are junk.
