If you make sure you flush ALL the coolant from the transmission, your transmission will be fine. Make sure the cooler lines going from the radiator to the transmission aren't leaking. This can be the cause of coolant getting into the tranny. Also, when you do flush your transmission, do it at least 3 times because just opening up the drain screw will only let out about 35% of the fluid.
