Let it thoroughly dry out and see where you are from there. Were you in fresh or salt water? If it's fresh, you should be in pretty good shape. Make sure that the air intake is dry (I'm sure that the dealer already did this) so as to make absolutely sure that water isn't sucked into the engine. I doubt a couple of tablespoons would matter, but, a sizeable quantity would hydro-lock the engine. Since you've run it already, though, it's very unlikely that would occur.
You might consider pulling off some of the door sill trim and pulling back the carpet, where you can, to see how soaked it is.
Incidentally, how deep was the water and how high did it come in the car?
