Well, the dash lights are one of 3 things:
1) The dimmer switch is faulty
2) A wiring harness that runs along the right side of the vertical part of the center console has chaffed and is shorting out
3) The contacts in the plug for the dimmer switch have loosened/deteriorated to the point where they're no longer making proper contact
Solutions:
1) Replace the dimmer switch
2) Remove the passenger-side trim from the side of the center console and check VERY CAREFULLY for any bare or chaffed wires. If any are found, very carefully tape them up, individually of course, and then glue some felt padding on the structural member that the wires chaffed against.
3) Squeeze the contacts in the plug together so that they make more firm contact with the electrical contacts on the dimmer switch. You can also abrade the contacts on the switch and add a little bead of solder to each one, adding material to each contact and, thus, increasing the force of the contact.
The rear brake light failure is generally caused by a poor grounding connection on one of the grounding straps to one of the rear light clusters. Pull back the carpet in the rear of the trunk and look for the cables that come off of each light cluster. One of the wires (should be a brown one) will actually attach to the body of the car. Clean the connection and you should be in good shape.
Sorry, I have no idea about the convertable top latch or the airbag warning indicator.
Best of luck!
