You guys are paying $80-100 per hour at the dealer to re-program and "pull heads"... Try the techron concentrate ($10) and sparkplug ($40 including labor if you go to any shop other than the dealer)..
Pulling the head (or even just removing the cam cover) can cause other damage/problems if done sloppily... Just because they're the dealer, it doesn't mean they know the cars... I spent tons of time at the local MI dealer (supposily the largest/highest volume in USA) and spoke to many of the senior mechanics and they don't know half the stuff the experts here know...
I had the same problem described here, and the dealer wanted to "de-carbon" my car for $175. (They also won't tell me exactly what they would do to the car) I went home and change the plugs ($7 at Eeuroparts.com) and the problem went away...
