Where would you get a torque wrench that goes that low and is accurate at those low levels?
Just use the #30 torx screw driver from the trunk. Use loctite blue. The screws come loose as the DIC warms and expands slower than the valve cover during warm up, and the movement works the screws loose. This cannot be stopped by tighening down the screws harder. You do not want to strip the threads in the VC, so use the loctite and do not overtighen.
The screws otherwise come loose on there own, and sometimes the screws shake out and are lost. Look for loose #40 screws on the valve cover the next time the DIC is out.
