There might be some issues if one was from an automatic and the other a manual GB.

With a stage III, there are things that you need to do which are not optional. The 3" duct mod should be done, the TBTC needs to be modified, remove the turbo compressor discharge silencer and better yet, install a Viggen ECU. And you need a low restriction exhaust system. Did the donor Saab have a performance downpipe and exhaust that you could get as well?

That ECU will perform better with 7ES plugs. With that torque and boost, use the best oils, best pump octane that you can get and keep the injectors clean.

That torque will want sticky tires to connect to the pavement.

"Now assuming I've got all the hardware to support stage III" I know that you qualified your question, but other readers need to be aware of the larger picture.
