As always, I need to ask. When you say it doesn't turn over, do you mean that the starter doesn't rotate the engine over or do you mean that the engine doesn't fire up (but the starter is cranking over the engine fine)?
If the starter doesn't turn over the engine it might be the starter or the ignition switch.
If the engine is turning over fine but not firing up, it might be a crank shaft position sensor.
That sensor is found in the front of engine block close to transmission bell housing on both the V6 and the 4 cyl engine.
