Wet headliner, leaky sunroof?

Its been a rainy couple of days here in St. Paul. I haven't driven my car since Sunday, tonight I went to get something out of it and noticed that my head liner was wet over the rear seat. Does any one have any ideas of what the problem could be and how to correct it?
BTW I cleaned out the drain lines that empty below the tail lights in the hatch area back in June and really doubt they could be plugged again.
