Easily removed from above once the heat shield and turbo by pass tube is removed. I also moved the plastic turbo inlet pipe to the side to give me a little more elbo room. All in all it took about an hour. Don't forget to lube the "o" ring. I cleaned the bevel on the block, lubed it, then inserted the "o" ring on the sensor, lubed it also, and gently poped it into place. Use a mirror to be sure the sensor is seated tightly against the block without pressure. Install the small sensor heat shield and torx screw. A little tricky as you will find out. I used a flexible extension with a 1/4" drive ratchet. Be patient and expect the torx screw to fall to the ground at least once. Be smart and place a cloth on the ground directly underneath. I also ran the wire in a slightly better location than stock. Use a couple of zip ties to secure and you're done. Moving the turbo inlet pipe to the side also makes it easier to snap the connector into the flimsy connector panel mounted next to the throttle body. Be sure the computer side of the connector is clean as this is actually the first thing you should try before the sensor is replaced. Often a sensor problem is caused by corrosion in the connector.
