Yes it does. In heygfy's case, what he needs to do is push down the door lock button on the drivers door and them pull it up again. That unlocks both doors. Other than that, he/she could get the system reprogrammed to have the button on the remote unlock both doors at the same time. I do believe this is a Tech II option.
