Make sure you routed the cable properly and that the cable bracket isn't bent. Your cable probably needs to have the auto adjuster kicked into operation. A quick and dirty way to do it is to push your clutch pedal all the way to the floor, then slip your foot off of it and let the pedal snap back. A couple times of doing this usually does the trick for me. Otherwise under your hood you can take the fuse box off again and grab the spring on the cable for the auto adjuster and yank it back and forth in order to get it to engage. You can do a search here for better instructions. BTW my rear main seal leaks too, maybe five drips every couple of days. I have been told to not worry about it, just check my oil often and make sure it gets changed when I replace my clutch.
