I have a manual transmission. Dont know what the factory fill on this car was and dont want to go through any of the flushing scenarios for "incompatible oils" where you will spend all day screwing around with it, not to mention having to buy 3x what you need for a fill.

Really had not planned on changing that until 100k, because of my experience with my 1994 SE (no one could ever get any of the plugs off, drain, fill or check level - all corroded in place). Not me, not my indie, not the dealer. Heat and or penetrating oil did not work. It still has the original oil in it at 154k, hope it never leaks out as there is no way to fill it short of drilling and tapping a hole in the casting.

At least we have good weather for working on our cars now in GA. I avoid any underhood activities in the summer.
