Possbile, yes anything is with enough time and money. Probably as practical as say swapping out the engine with a Chevy small block.
Computer system is completely different with different data bus systems.
Not sure what the advantage would be, because the hydrualic systems are not cheap to repair as well.
Cylinders run $400.00 - $500.00 each and there are 5 of them. Hydraulic lines are $100.00 - $200.00 each and there are 10 of them. Then finally there is the pump/motor/valve block for a mere $3700.00 or so. Plus, you get to use $30.00/can special hydraulic fluid
Keep the car till its really broke, then move on.
