I understand your disatisfaction with Zumbach in Manhattan--Ive only had my 05' 93 3 months and i already see that their dealership services too many cars (with audi and land rover as well) to pay much attention to detail. I have to call numerous times and leave many messages that never get returned to find out the status of my car. Im glad my car was in for body work from an accident and not from any service problems. They tried to pull a fast one on me by repairing my front rim instead of replacing with a new one(other drivers insurance was paying for new rim) and also returned the car to me with a crooked misaligned hood after repairing it(no one checked it?)Never did the Tech II changes I requested, and they got grease stains above each door on the inside by the roof handles, which after telling them about it they each blamed another department and promised to clean it and never did. Terrible, terrible for a dealership of supposed high end sedans--My last Saab mainly for this reason, and i love the car. I will be bringing it to brooklyn for any future service...
