If the static alignment checks out ok, perhaps the dynamic alignment is wrong. There might be a bad bushing that they are missing that allows one of the struts to move forward while underway from the force of the drivers or from toe-in induced forces. The subframe bolts should be checked and look at where the subframe mounts to the body for signs of movement. If bushing bolts are moving at the end of the control arms, that might produce a telltail sign of fretting corrosion. A problem with the rear axle can steer you to one side as well, but that would not have a reaction to the forces of acceleration. Have the rear axle bushings inspected for good measure.
Otherwise, pulling to the side can be caused by the camber been unequal or not symetric. It does not do to simple have both in spec, they should be very close to equal on both sides. Differences in camber from one side to the other is called cross camber. Cross camber in the rear axle can also create the same problems.
