Can't find that Clunk / Rattle driver front suspension

As the title says. I have developed a clunk which seems to be coming from my driver side front suspension. 98 900SET 145k km.
Clunk happens:
1. On speed bumps and on regular bumps in the road. On dips in the road surface.
2. Sometimes at start from stand still.
3. Sometimes at a sudden stopping.
4. I can get it to clunk sometimes when going slow and sawing at the wheel to get some body roll.
5. Not temperature related.
Mostly during slower speeds. I can barely hear some loose/clunk sounds at higher speeds.
It is frustrating me in a big way. I have read nearly every post here regarding this and still not sure what it could be.
What I have done/checked.
1. Replaced tranny mount. The old one looked ok, but the new one made a huge difference. Clunk the same.
2. Replaced driver side control arm (so I have 2 new bushings and ball joint). Clunk the same.
3. Inspected sway bar links. They are tight. Bushings are hard. I completely removed the sway bar link on driver side and went for test drive. Clunk was the same. (new urethane bushing on order).
4. Tie rod ends are tight. No play.
5. Strut mounts look good. Did the test with wheels on the ground and steering. They looked very good. Bolts are tight.
6. Stanchion arm bushing at subframe. Removed bolt only, no wear on it. Sleeves inside were bit rusty. Can this still make a clunk even if the bushing has not separated from the arm?
7. Re-Torqued all six subframe bolts. Clunk the same.
8. Rear engine mount visually looks good. Any way to test?
When I bounce the front of the car I can hear a clunk from/wheel area but can't seems to figure out where. I will get a helper as alone it's too hard to pin point.
I am running out of ideas and places to check. The car feels great on the other hand. Steering is tight and just feels good all around. But something is not right....... Really need help from fellow Saabers.
Thanks in advance.
