I don't have a Viggen but a '03 SE Convertible. The two things you should do first are: a larger rear anti-sway bar (22 mm recommended) to reduce understeer and a steering rack clamp to reduce torque steer. I recommend Taliaferro for the steering rack clamp for two reasons, there have been reports on this board recently of problems with the MP Performance version (loosing torque on the fasteners and the rubber creeping out) and replacing a lot of rubber with a small amount is a partial fix (the KiC brace from Taliaferro uses tight fitting aluminun and no rubber).
After that you can start looking at a sub frame brace and bushings. I have the 6 point brace also from Taliaferro on my 9-3 and it made a noticable reduction in cowl shake (which may not be a problem for you if you don't have a convertible.) The poly bushings I don't have; I'm satisfied with the ride and handling as is with the swaybar, rack brace, sub-frame brace and an upgrade to 17 inch wheels and 215/45-17 tires.
