You do the work from above. Replacing the belt requires that you remove a panel from inside the RHS fender well. you can try just turning the wheel to the right, or remove it. Perhaps no advantage to jacking up the vehicle from a height point of view.
If replacing the belt, you will need to remove the air filter box. It has 3 10mm nuts for rubber isolation mounts. If the nut is rusted badly it might shear the rubber. The upper idler is secured with a 13mm bolt. When replacing, do not overtighten and strip the tapped aluminum threads. Some loctite blue would be good if you have that.
If you get a replacement belt from the dealer, it will probably be a short type that bypasses the lower idler pully above the crankshaft. If relacing the belt, take note of or sketch how the belt routes over the PS pump wheel, to the AC compressor then up and over the water pump.
There is no tension adjustment to be made, you will see how that works.
It is commonly recommended to replace the idler at 60K and the belt at that times, as the belt would not be expected to go 120K. For vehicles that are old with low miles, age may trump miles and the change out should be sooner.
