my ecu is the same that i replaced it with, yes it is a non turbo but i replaced with a non turbo ecu sorry for the confusion.to dar i pulled out the fpr ,I think that is what it is called that vacum pressure valve at the end of the fuel rail wrapped it in a plastic bag and cranked the engine over no gas came out i did it again and listened for the fuel pump it was humming away.I pulled off the fpr because i went to napa and bought one of those tools to remove the fuel line $25 and it has 4 sizes but all are to big for my demon saab.there should be gas spraying out right? The tank read half full but because some one had changed the fuel pump i thought they might have messed up level float put in 2 gallons did not help.so tomorrow i will pull the filter crank the car over to see if any gas comes out,can a filter clog that much from setting for a while?i hope so if not then i have to drop the tank,I will never cut another hole in another saab that i am going to drive,I think i smell exhaust fumes inside my turbo after doing this even though it is sealed up.
