A good case scenario could be a failing oil pressure switch.
A bad case scenario could be a clogged up oil pickup screen and that your engine is actually loosing oil pressure.
The oil pressure switch is a pain to get to since it is hidden behind the starter, but's the way to start by determine if you are looking at an electrical or mechanical problem.
If it is infact a real oil pressure problem, you can do more damage by driving the car.
Here is a picture of what it could look like when the oil pickup screen is clogged. You need to remove the oil pan to get to the pickup.
Saab have an extended engine warranty out for 8 years if you have all the oil change receipts saved from day one of the cars life and that you can prove that the oil has been replaced every 5K miles.
