Mine did the same - brake fluid was still OK according to the markings on the resevoir, but I discovered that the sensor to measure brake fluid level is mounted on one side of the resevoir (not a float like some cars use) and when I would make a turn at anything faster than a crawl, the brake fluid would 'slosh' to one side of the resevoir, expose the sensor and trigger the warning. of course, one I stopped turning, the fluid levelled back out and the indicator went off. I topped the fluid way up and the problem went away.
