1251 TB physically binding or check its connectors
1260 TB spring too weak, throttle not returning, check connectors
Above can present with hard starting. Once you have these codes you need to have them cleared. I don't know if these will self clear after a few days or with removal of battery power to vehicle or to ECU.
Expose TB and feel for binding, note deposits which can interfere with throttle movement. Clean deposits with mild solvent on a cloth, clean edges of butterfly valve. Use solvent on strip of paper towel and close throttle on that to clean lower edge. Drop of oil on each pivot, especially if you resort to carb cleaner spray.
TB solenoid may have been tripped and needs to be manually reset. If engine feels weak, that may be the case.
