This is about the time/mileage for the water pump o-rings to begin to harden and leak. Get under the car and take a look to the right of the oil filter mount area, that is typically where the coolant will appear when the water pump o-rings start to leak. May be a little early for hose failures, but check all the clamps for tightness and signs of weeping. Since you retorqued the head, lets hope it is not that, but take a flashlight and mirror and check there too.
I have found that with all my Saabs to date, coolant level drops a bit over a period of months. I would not be too alarmed by this, but one should do a periodic check for leaks anyway.
