I may have the order backwards - was counting from the pass. side to driver side. 3 was hit but the electrode wasn't touching the ground, while the last plug was completely bent shut...
I got the oil pan loose (but not off) - looks like I need to disconnect the pass. engine mount to lift the block without the body lifting so I can get it free - almost rotated it downward on the trans side but it catches the bell housing. Looks like I need an engine lift -
what I did see was that everything looked normal but the crank had blue streaks on either side of the con. rod, but couldn't see 2 and 1 to compare - looked like just heat from forging though -
What could possibly cause the pistons to jump without breaking - could the main bearings have stretched and let the end of the crank wobble?
