O2 Sensor Code P01030, Replace?

My 1999 93SE (61K) had a CEL come on Sunday, even thought the car was running OK. I immediately check all fluids and then drove home. A friend checked the code and it was (P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)).
So not knowing what caused that sensor to activate the CEL, I cleared the code and did a tune up. I cleaned and regapped the plugs, cleaned the IAC, TB, Purge Valve, all 3 looked pretty clean already. I replaced the PCV and a cracked "Y" fitting that comes out of the cam cover. I also replaced the 1/8" hose that goes from the TB to the Boost Control Valve as it was really sketchy looking.
I gassed it up with 93 octane plus a bottle of Techron. The car is running great. But today 4 days later the CEL came on again. I have not read the code on this one yet, but I am assuming it is probably the same.
What's next? Replace teh sensor? Or is there something else that causes that code?
Apreciate any advice.
Thanks Jim
