96 900SE Turbo
150,000 miles

Has run almost perfectly up until now. The last couple of weeks the idle has been a little rough. One day last week, it took a few more cranks than normal to start up. Today nothing! I searched the messages on this sight and found that it is usually either a fuel pump or DI. I took out all the plugs and pour gas down each cylinder. It started and ran for about 2 seconds. I can assume from that, that it is not getting gas.

I tried banging on the gas tank and under the rear seat, but it has not helped.

My questions are this.

Is there any other fuel related thing it could be other than the fuel pump?

What is the cost of repair and is it able to be done on your own? I do have pit in my garage if I have to drop the tank. I was thinking I would have an Indy do it if it was less than $500.
