air in clutch system

I was wondering where air could get into the hydraulic clutch system.
I had the master cylinder replaced due to a leak and bled the whole system. After that, clutch worked fine.
Within 3 weeks, I had trouble shifting. Air was in the clutch so it was bled, and started working fine again.
Now 3 weeks later, I'm having the exact same problem, air in the clutch system.
And the master cylinder is not losing any brake fluid, nor is the clutch slipping or smelling, etc.
Where could the air be coming from? Clutch cylinder?
Thanks for any insight!
