Was that it would be much worse when the brakes were applied. It was also noticeible at certain speeds (70-80). Otherwise it seemed perfect.
Doesn't hurt to remove wheels, clean them and the rotor faces up and check your work.
Any time I have a wheel off a NG900 or 9-3, I clean its mounting face and the rotor/hub's mounting surface with a wire brush.
This is a good thing to do on any car.
