Like I said though, I unhooked all of the pulleys and took the belt off so no pulleys were hooked up. I started the car and the problem was still there.

It only happens when I first start the car... However if I push start the car since I have a manual transmission the problem does not even whisper...

I figure since I push start the car with no problem, it must be the starter as everything else would be working as if the starter were there...
