I have run into the same thing when asking a speaker shop on the size. The only way to be sure is just pull the stock speakers yourself and then you'll know for sure. The rears are very easy to get to with the right torx bit. The dash speaker grills pop off (be gentle) you'll see a little indented portion where you put your screwdriver (be care ful!!) and the door speakers come off by removing the door panels...also easy if you have a manual to help but still pretty straight forward. As far as the two-way vs three way question: This does not change the overall size of the speaker so you can use either for the rear. Just use what you think sounds better. Good luck.
