It's the nature of the beast. BBS wheels tend to be a little better. 17" wheels tend to have too little tire around them on Saabs, 16" is a better idea.
Forged wheels (a la BBS forged) are very strong. Expect to pay $400ea for forged wheels. Note that Saab dealers charge $400 for non-forged wheels - tirerack will sell you forged for the same price. Your choice.
