Thanks for the input. I'd like to hook up a voltmeter to the wires at the horn itself to see if I'm getting current, but I haven't been able to get the wire harness off - does anyone know how? Beyond that, is there a fuse or something that I'm not seeing? I checked the ones inside the passenger compartment on the driver's side.
