Another start problem

Hi Guys,
I have the following problem with my 96' 2.3 convertible automatic: When I start the car in the morning at this terrible wet weather in new england the car starts fine and idle is ok. However, if I go from P to D the engine stalls and eventually goes off. When I rstart and go to D it is fine. I did some research here on the board and cleaned the IAC valve and replaced the plugs. I also replaced the vacuum line going to the SAI system.
What might the the reason for this behaviour?
When I replaced the vacuum line I noticed that there are two more lines attached to the throttle body. Where do these ones go? I have not replaced them.
Thank you very much
Markus
