That is the PCV TEE that had busted. They get very brittle over time from contamination and heat. The check valve, grey, is busted and you need one of those too. It has a small pointer on it for the direction of the air flow, towards the TB. It stops boost pressure from getting to the VC. So that is two parts that you will need, plus some new VAC line. If the heavier hose at the busted TEE is swollen, it might be loose, secure with some nylon wire ties at each end. The rubber grommet in the VC for the TEE might be rotted too, so have a look before you order.
The other component is the MAP - manifold absolute pressure sensor.
