Mercedes anti-freeze is real good. If you're not sure what the pink stuff is, it's best to rinse several times with water so there's none of it left in there.
Power steering fluid is Pentosin CHF11S. I've never seen another brand that's compatible. Don't use normal PS fluid. Order from a couple sponsors like http://www.genuinesaab.com, http://www.eeuroparts.com, or http://www.thesaabsite.com; it's also used in BMWs so you may have to find it at a dealer. I found it at a small import-parts store here, but not the chain-stores.
Purolator PureOne oil filters are good. Saab dealer filters are good, also Mann. Mobil-1 makes good filters, but they're twice the price...
My 2001 came with the older transmission oil (not MTF0063), and I switched to Redline MTL & liked it. For me to switch to MTF0063 required 3 drain/fill cycles to remove all the old fluid because it's not compatible. If your car already has MTF0063 then maybe you should stick with that. Or do a couple drain/fills with RedLine.
Follow the link below, and under Transmission, pick "9-3 9-5 New Manual Trans Oil" for which cars came with which oil. Lots of other good links there, too. Nick Taliaferro has been a good guy on this board for a while...
