Dome Lights Non-operational 98 Saab 900 SE Turbo

I recently installed a remote starter in my 1998 Saab 900 SE Turbo and while doing the procedure I removed the fuse for my interior lights (and antenna) so they would not burn out the battery while I worked (fuse 6). After completing the process, I replaced fuse 6 and tested everything out. The antenna works fine now that the fuse is back in place but the dome lights are completely non-operational. They do not turn on when I flip the switch, open the doors, or turn off the vehicle. I am not sure what I did...
During the installation of my remote starter the only cables I interfaced were 12v constant, ignition 1 and 2, starter, parking lights (fuse wire 29/30), and the brake lights. Nothing else was modified short of probing the wires.
Incidentally, if I set the headlights to "Parking Lights only" (middle switch position), my parking lights and brake lights do not disable when the vehicle is shut off- this occurred before the remote starter was setup.
