So I bigtime blew my turbocharger a few weeks ago on my 2000 9-3. It dumped a ton of oil into the engine. I've had the TC replaced. The guy that replaced it said that it would smoke for a couple hundred miles. It's been more than a couple hundred miles and it still smokes. It seems worse at stop lights maybe just because I can't tell if it's smoking as much when I'm moving. My mileage is down now in the low 20's. When it's cruising, and I release the accelerator, it feels like I have my foot on the brake and it's really sluggish off the line. I've also replaced the upstream O2 sensor, spark plugs, and am currently running some injection cleaner through it. I had a muffler shop take a look and they don't think there is any oil in the cats. My question is, will this ever burn out or do I have to replace the exhaust system? Could it be more serious like the oil line still leaking into the turbo? I had the oil changed last week and the level hasn't seemed to drop.
