As a former dealer, cars sitting too long was a constant problem especailly when we would have some of them for as long as a year. Ideally, with my personal cars I try to drive them at least every two weeks. You can get by with less for a time, but the sitting eventially begins to have a cumulative effect. The older a car is the more it effects it, and Saabs seem to like sitting less than other makes. Never start it and let it idle for a while than shut it off-it'll build up a surprising amount of water in the exhaust system that can take a couple of days of driving to get rid of. When you drive it, get it out on the highway if possible and try to get at least 30 minutes total. Operate all of the controls and things that have moving parts, AC, windows, seats, e-brake, everthing. Keep the gas tank full, so you don't get condensation in the tank. A good brand gas will last more than a year for the most part-(I found that out with a motorhome I had).
