Extended waranty repairs-Parkfieldsaab or Zumbach-NJ?

My recently acquired 2001 Saab has extended waranty that will expire in December and I think the car has a few things that (I believe) should be covered (missing pixels in SID, the roof antena(?) is weather worn and fractured, hood emblem peeling off, little steering fluid leak, water in the trunk: any comments if they will be covered under warrany by the way?).
I hear that Zumbach Saab people in Manhattan have some attitude problem and heard good things about Parkfieldsaab (the closest two dealers to me)?
Any recent experiences with these people? Is it considered a bad thing only getting the waranty covered stuff fixed in the dealer? I also think that front suspension may turn to cranky in winter. Does it make sense to ask them to check out the front end, would it be under warranty. I don't want to go the dealer without a clue of what are my rights. One more question, the dealer will probably keep the car for a while, is it common practice to give a replacement car or ride (Zumbach is not a problem but anywhere else in NJ, I will need a ride). Thanks, Halil
