I don't think anyone here can answer in a way that makes you fully confident that it will or will not work.
After finding this bulletin I always answer that it make sense what Saab says, that it could be bad as far as long term using the wrong ones due to different knock sensing curves and ignition coils.
Probably many and most will not experience any problems but that doesn't help the ones where it actually make the engine blow up due to a cracked piston or bent rod, if that would be one thing that could happen.
It is also many people that are using Bosch Platinum plugs in their Saabs even though the majority of people posting here completly condemn that. Those cars may perform ok too for the driver and he would have no problem saying it is ok.
It's like the bumblebee that doesn't know it can't fly, so it does happily ever after.
