Your shocks may be gone if original. The upper strut mounts should be replaced. Consider performance bushings and steering rack brace. This will not be cheap work. Some do the shocks DIY, not for beginners. Bushings are difficult a shop press is needed. Consider getting the lateral arms from a supplier who can also re-bush these. The trailing or stanchion arm bushing would have to be done locally.
Koni Sport adjustable shocks are very good and very much not cheap.
Inspect the tie-rod ends& boots before ordering parts. You could also oil the threaded joints and see if you can get them to move at all, else the are removed with a cutting torch.
It is unusual for ball joints to fail this soon or have both go. Are the boots for these damaged? The boots can be replaced if the ball joint is otherwise ok. (Tie-rod end boots are not available.)
